Features of Sumoncle solar cell models: 

The Sumoncle RSC-series solar cell models are typical semiconductor photovoltaic devices, including three different kinds of solar cells: hydrogen amorphous silicon (a-Si:H), single- and poly-crystalline silicon (c-Si and poly-Si), and cadmium sulphide/cadmium telluride (CdS/CdTe) heterojunction solar cells. These models designed with a few special patents are very sensitive to fluorescent light and suitable for indoor use. In order to meet some special application requirements for the working voltage and current of the cell models, the number and dimension of the component solar cells can be controlled and tailored in our manufactory process. We can meet various customers' requirements for small solar cell models and offer up to 10 million models available in a month.

Usage of Sumoncle solar cell models: 

Our solar cell models can be used for consumer products such as calculators, thermometers, watches, LCD apparatus, battery re-chargers and light-sensors etc. in a wide temperature range from -40C to 70C. 
　 Specification for Sumoncle solar cell models: 

The typical current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of Sumoncle solar cell models are shown in Figure 1, which are taken from the modules of RSC-5514, RSC-3513 and RSC-2510DS by computer program under illumination of 200 Lux from fluorescent light at room temperature. The specification parameters of various kinds of solar cell models available are given in Table 1.
